LifeMakeEasier offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when reasonably possible. You may also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at huangzero2004@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not send items back before contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at huangzero2004@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
